Q: Does the hotel accept dogs?
A: The hotel accepts one dog per room at an additional charge of £10.00 per night, please advise us that you are bringing your furry friend with you so that we can allocate you a pet friendly room
Q: Does the hotel offer a shuttle service?
A: Unfortunately not at present. If you need assistance with getting a taxi just ask at reception
Q: Does the hotel offer free parking?
A: Parking is complimentary, providing you enter your vehicle registrationn number correctly into the keypad at reception on arrival
Q: I have received a parking fine, what should I do?
A: You must have entered your details incorrectly, but don't worry! Simply appeal the fine on the Parking Eye website attaching your hotel bill, and they will sort this for you
Q: What time is reception open?
A: Reception is open 24 hours a day, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist you
Q: Does the hotel offer a currency exchange service?
A: The hotel does not, but Sainsburys does which is a 5 minute walk away, just ask us for directions
Q: Can I check-in early?
A: This is subject to availability, please contact the hotel directly on the morning of your arrival
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
A: This is subject to availability, please ask at reception
Q: Does the hotel have smoking rooms?
A: The hotel does not offer smoking rooms, the smoking area is outside the front of the hotel. There is a minimum £100 charge if you are found to have smoked in your bedroom
Q: Does the hotel have extra beds that can be added to rooms?
A: The hotel does not have any extra beds. Our standard rooms can hold two people, our family rooms can hold upto four people
Q: Does the hotel offer cots?
A: The hotel has cots available, please request one at the time of booking
